One of my clients had asked me a pic of monkeys from India and I had wanted to send her this pic. Screw my multiple monitors at work. I attached this pic in another email by mistake. It was an email to a project manager who was bringing in new business. Graciously I thanked him and all the blah and attached a pic of a monkey! FML >:(
